EPS, Expanded polystyrene foam, is lighter, stronger, have a better longevity and it’s recyclable compare to a poly board. And most important, EPS is made out of 98% of air closed in tiny cells. It has no impact on people’s health and the manufacture of EPS foam uses less energy than that used in the manufacture of an poly board blank.

Industrial hemp has thousands of potential uses, from paper to textiles to biodegradable plastics to health food to fuel. It is one of the fastest growing biomasses on the planet, and one of the earliest domesticated plants known. It also runs parallel with the "Green Future" objectives that are becoming increasingly popular. Hemp requires little to no pesticides, replenishes soil with nutrients and nitrogen, controls erosion of the topsoil, and produces lots of oxygen, considering how fast it grows. Furthermore, Hemp could be used to replace many potentially harmful products, such as plastics and many others petroleum based products and can replace fiberglass in the surfboards manufacture process.
A Bioresin, it’s a resin derived from a biological source like Soy, Corn, Sugar. Our resin is a 50% petroleum and 50% Bio-based resin exhibiting similar physical characteristics as a traditional 100% Petroleum based epoxy.
